If you are interested in ordering in ordering an instrument, I would first suggest looking through images and info on the instrument, of course. As well do check out the design features and extras pages.

 Another thing that is useful is watching the youtube demo videos on the respective instrument page near the bottom. The soundcloud files will give an impression of what different tonewoods can imbue. You can access all the soundcloud files here.

Pricing

​

 Base prices are shown on the instrument pages in USD$. There are oodles of different choices in tonewoods so don't be afraid to ask for a quote on anything.

 Basic details for base pricing:

  • choice of soundboard material

  • walnut, sapele or mahogany body woods

  • choice of bindings (photos available)

  • walnut, mahogany or maple neck

  • thistle or tapered headstock design

  • ebony headplate, fretboard and bridge

  • gotoh 510 chrome mini tuning machines

  • signature tiled or abalone rosette

  • hardshell case with instrument specs card

​Order upgrades and changes can be confirmed and applied after a deposit is given and before commission is started.

 

Terms

​

Terms are 1/3 full price for deposit and to cement you into the build schedule. Remainder of balance + shipping charges due upon completion.

Shipping

​

Unless a commission is personally picked up, shipping is via UPS or DHL in a custom corrugated container, with the instrument in it's case, and surrounded by much bubblewrap. We work with discount shippers to get the best rates. All shipments are insured and shipped to your door.

 

 To the USA shipments are under USMCA agreement and normally no duties will be charged.

I use UPS for North America and for Europe as my default shipping agents unless specified.

 The shipping costs are above the commission cost and vary in price depending on location.

European and UK/Ireland Orders

 We heartily encourage orders from Europe. We have shipped numerous times to the Continent and have very reasonable shipping rates. As well, we are able to subtantially reduce any VAT that may apply. Please enquire for further details info@nyberginstruments.com

Warranty

​

I warranty all my instruments for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This plan includes any defect in workmanship and doesn't include misuse. Please contact via email if there is any problem.
